Pooja Booking Cancellations

Customer Initiated Cancellations

  • More than 48 hours before: Full refund minus 5% processing fee
  • 24-48 hours before: 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours: No refund
  • No-show: No refund

Priest/Service Provider Cancellations

If a priest cancels the booking, you will receive a full refund. We will also try to arrange an alternative priest if you wish.

Pooja Items Returns

  • Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unopened and in original condition
  • Perishable items (flowers, prasad, etc.) cannot be returned
  • Damaged or defective items will be replaced or refunded fully
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Log in to your account and go to your bookings/orders
  2. Select the booking/order you want to cancel
  3. Click on "Request Cancellation" or "Return Item"
  4. Follow the prompts to complete the request
